Duke Select and UNC Health Alliance plans do not cover services outside their respective hospital systems. They will NOT cover services with FYZICALKids.
Early Intervention
We are a contracted agency with the North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program (ITP), which offers early intervention supports and services to eligible children birth to 3 years.
Through this program families can access therapy services based on a sliding fee schedule.
Eligibility is not based on income but rather determined by the degree of developmental delay, differences in development and/or diagnosed condition making access to services available to everyone.
